Thandi’s Care Home is a Residential home designed to provide the highest quality care for our residents with activities of daily living, in a safe, loving, comfortable environment just as if they were in their own home.

“Trying to find a suitable assisted living home for my mom proved to be an exhausting frustrating experience. All of the large facilities with multiple stories and high volume of residents proved to be very overwhelming for her, and she became very anxious and frightened at the thought of us leaving her there, where no-one knew her, except by her room number, which felt impersonal and scary. I wanted an environment where my mom would feel loved, cared for, safe, respected and connected, and that was the driving force that led to the creation of Thandi’s Care Home.”

The newly renovated spacious home for seniors is an 8 bedroom/8 bathroom ranch style house in a beautiful serene neighborhood, but close to everything. Our residents can choose between a shared master suite w/private bathroom, or a private bedroom with their own private bathroom. We also have two private bedrooms w/shared bathrooms.

There is also a large central shower spa with salon. The floorplan provides an excellent balance of privacy and community. Residents can choose to dine together for meals and visit with each other in cozy spaces, just like at home, participate in a wide array of specially designed programs or entertain visitors or family before retreating to their own private spaces. Our Care Home is designed for those that require assistance with activities of daily living, but still want to feel like they are at home rather than in a large institutionalized environment.
